Welcome Traders to the
Ulysses Club 2006 AGM. Please
find the links below to the various trader's documents and site plans. The
site plans are work in progress and intended as a guide to help you choose
a site. Fine tuning still has to be done. We hope the plans will give you
an idea as to where you would like to set up a site at this scenic
location in Ulverstone. Every effort will be made to update the Showground
site plan and the Stadium floor plan as often as possible with sites
marked sold as soon as full payment is received.

Motorcycle Companies - TEST RIDES
departure schedule, site location plan and
test ride course.
Attention motorcycle companies and any other traders who require a marquee
for your outdoor site: the supply of marquees will be in high demand due to
the Commonwealth games and the Super Bikes. Geoffrey Yallop has advised us
to alert you to this fact. We urge you to contact Pages
Event Hire for the supply of a marquee if you
require one. This will be for you to organize and be at your own cost.

The erection of a marquee on hard surface sites is only possible if there
are NO pegs driven into the sealed surface i.e. marquees will have
to be weighted down. Please feel free to call Geoffrey to find out the
availability of marquees and their sizes.
