Meeting Chaired by Carol Yates (Vice President) Forster Ulysses Branch . Carol opened the meeting and declared all positions vacant. Voting would be by secret ballot and the process was explained. All non financial partners and visitors were asked to leave the room.

National President = Denis Paulin congratulated the new committee and thanked the Mid North Coast Branch for having him.
Richard Inglis - President of Forster Branch thanked Mid North Coast for having Forster Branch help out and any questions regarding the voting are to be addressed to Natcom Administration via Denis Paulin.
