Sunday, 5^th February 2012:

            I have just added an Event to the Events/Rallies Page , a Report & made some minor amendments to the Ride Calendar & the Classifieds Page.

Attention:     Due to flooding at the Edinburgh Castle Hotel Meeting Room, next weeks General Meeting on Tuesday 7^th February  will be held at the Wavell Heights Bowls Club, just up Edinburgh Castle Road from the Edinburgh Castle Hotel.  This is just a once off and encase someone misses the messages, someone will be waiting at the Edinburgh Castle Hotel to redirect, but please pass this message onto everyone. There are no meals available at the Wavell Heights Bowls Club, but if you still require a meal you are still welcome to turn up to the Edinburgh Castle Hotel for a meal prior to arriving at the Wavell Heights Bowls Club which is available from 6:30pm until 9:30pm.

Please take note that the 2nd Prize in the UCARF Raffle has had a date change, otherwise the prize is the same.

ATTENTION Honda GL1500 GoldWing & Valkyrie Owners

    Honda has offered a "goodwill gesture" in response to feedback from Ulysses members which indicates some unreliability of GL1500 alternators after 50,000klms.

    This is a once only $200 incl. GST for a new alternator, with the rider retaining the original alternator as a spare or to have it rewound.
