MAR--2004

   VOL- - 1

There was movement  at the station when the prunes had got around ,
for they  said " OL  ROLY " had slipped his lead, gone a running in  the long paddock .
Free to be one of the mob again ! Thanks for the leadership mate.
By the way I heard from a sourse close to roly's heart that he almost froze
some parts of his anatomy off during their trip to the "Land of the Long White Cloud. But the big laugh was he wants to go back in WINTER to play in the snow .Just can't imagine Roly as a  Snow Angel !.

So now there's a new kid on the block  ready to steer us in  some direction .
Gee ,I hope he  knows the way better than our ride to the Channon.
On-ya   George.
He's off to a good start having won  Best TATTOO at the Dalveen Rally,
Going to have himself on  a Bikie Calender for his effort.

Speaking on a sad note ,I regret to inform youall  of the passing of Jeanette
Marriott's  pet Budgie.
The only advise I can give on the subject is when Jeanette says to get off her
Chair ,then do so because the last thing poor old budg ( now known as cheeky) saw was an approaching posterier. Jeanette reckoned she lost feeling due to her accident ,just as well you have those x-rays to back up your story.
Based on the Avian Coroner's inquiry no charges will be laid  as everything had been S-- quashed.      R.I.P. my poor little feathered friend
On a  brighter subject , thanks  to all the members who contributed to the
Worlds Greatest Shave  - Leukeamia foundation  fund raiser.
To the members who attended on the day I'm sure they got their value in laughs as Terry Mcguire had his mo then all his hair sprayed in different
Colours, he and his wife Sylvia raised $200 from the  'bikie bear' badges, well done ,thanks.
As for us two clowns from Booyong by now there should have been some photos in our  " Star and Echo "papers we will be making some available to the club's photo album  . We had a great day .Between Steve and Terry and
Sylvia and myself we raised around  $1000. I would like to thank Steve Raisch for starting the ball rolling for this event.
