Terry Devonshire
#16176
Died 28 December 2004

Terry was born in Hamilton in 1935 and realised a boyhood dream when he joined the NSW Police in 1962. He was posted to Taree as a motorcycle officer. On his retirement, he was the Hunter District Traffic Co-ordinator, overseeing all Hunter area traffic commands.

In retirement, Terry moved to Boat Harbour. A larger than life character and a tireless worker, he joined Ulysses and was an integral part of our group. Terry loved nothing more than a beer with the boys at the tavern, a squirt on the bike with Laraine on the back, or a visit from his girls.

He will be sadly missed by all who knew him, but especially by his daughters - Amanda, Calie, Kim & their families - and his loving partner Laraine.
