The venue has been decided, so let’s get organised for our Annual Xmas in July. This Hotel was established in 1927, old but well cared for. I have been to the hotel. The accommodation is basic (no ensuite) but extremely clean and well cared for. You can see this beautiful Hotel with an open fire, big open verandas has received a lot of T.L.C. 

Xmas Dinner: $25 p/p. See the menu at the bottom of this page. 

Bed & Breakfast: About $27 p/p. 

Accommodation: 11 Doubles beds (some with additional single bed), 5 twin rooms (single beds)

Motel: Kalang River Motel (3 star) (The Beddoe’s have stayed there a year ago & said people/accomm. is good)

The Trip: 

We will leave Paul’s corner at 8am and head north, stopping at Coolongolook for morning tea. (just over an hour) Then onto Kempsey area for lunch (again, just over an hour) then it’s a short ride to Urunga. 

To ensure your accommodation I suggest we book early. I’m already in.

Additional Information 

A full breakfast is available for those who are not staying at the hotel for $10 p.p.

The Ride Co-ordinator, Ken Grant, or the Treasurer, Leo, require all names and money up front and no later then the meeting on the 24th June.

Ulyssians from other clubs are welcome. (Our members take priority).
