NOWRA

There were 13 bodies and 8 bikes that made the trip to Nowra.

It had rained for two days prior to the trip, but on the Saturday morning it was sunny. We headed down the putty and stopped at Colo. There was no fuel at Colo, so be aware that you should have enough fuel to get to at least Windsor.

Headed through the back of Sydney and onto the Hume Hwy for a short stint. Then onto Kangaroo Valley where we had lunch at the Kangaroo Valley pub.

We arrived at Nowra about 3pm we then sat around having a quiet drink until it was time to get ready for dinner at the local RSL club. The club put on a courtesy bus to pick us up and the meal was 'all you can eat', and some did. Had a few more drinks, some stayed for the band, some headed for the bus and the motel.

A few brave souls had cold showers in the morning.

Had breakfast at the motel restaurant by the river, very pleasant, then off up the Highway to Sydney. Mark's GPS got us through Sydney without any problems. We then went up the F3 and on to Kulnura for smoko, then Wollombi and home.

All had a good time, and there were no dramas.
