Weekend Run 28-29th June

After a lot of discussion the group
of 12 bikes and three cars finally left Mittagong on the long trail to
Yarrabin. After a short top up at Goulburn Macas the group headed to
Taralga, then over
The
Tablelands Way
to Oberon. Once everyone was settled into the accommodation the safety
gear for another form of transport was prepared. Horses were allocated
according to temperament of the rider and the skill of the horse to
keep them on. The group of adventurers headed on a 2 hour ride through
the country side.
On return from
the ride, everyone settled in for a night of entertainment and a
fantastic dinner. As usual entertainment was a surprise. Some branch
ladies put on a show which everyone enjoyed.
In the morning
people arose to a sumptuous breakfast before a brisk country walk to
get rid of the previous nights intake. On return from the walk
everyone enjoyed a great lunch before heading home.
