Riding On Online

Bunbury AGM 27th - 29th March 1998
The registrations for the Bunbury AGM are going well, However, we'd like to correct a misconception with registration which has generated many phone calls.

Also, the notes on the back of your registration form are incorrect in regard to buses and bike security at the caravan parks. This has also generated many phone calls. Sorry about that!

REGISTRATION
Regarding registration, we have been told by NatCom to advise that all people, including non members, partners, friends etc., who wish to attend any of the functions must pay the registration fee as well as any meal fees applicable. The registration fee helps to subsidise these functions.

SECURITY
There will be security at all caravan parks during the Friday and Saturday night functions.

Those staying a hotels/motels may like to ride their bikes to a caravan park before catching the bus to take advantage of this.

BUSES
Buses will run, to and from, Friday and Saturday venues via all caravan parks and hotel/motels. The only exception will be the Glade caravan park on the Friday night, as it is across the road from the venue. You will be advised of bus timetables when you register.

SHIRTS
Due to the many requests we've had for smaller shirts, we have included size 12/85 in the orders. Anyone requiring a shirt smaller than this or larger than size 24, let us know your size and we'll see if we can get one made for you.

MEALS
Our caterer has recommended against us providing any 'special vegetarian' meals. However, on the Friday night, there will be salads available and on the Saturday night there will be a vegetarian lasagna as well as vegetable and salad dishes available.

Anyone wishing to come along on Saturday night after the meal is welcome to do so after the caterers have cleared away (around 8.30). No meal fee is payable. Buses will be available.

Ladies, the management at the Bunbury Sports centre has asked that no stiletto heels be worn as they damage the parquetry.

See you all in Bunbury in '98!

Margaret & John Martin
