Invitation to all Branches to attend the Extended National Committee Meeting

The National Committee of the Ulysses Club Inc. extends an invitation to each Branch President / Coordinator and Secretary to attend the Extended National Committee meeting being held on Friday, 5 May 2023 in

Goonellabah Sport and Aquatic Centre (GSAC), 1 Wallerawang Drive, Goonellabah, New South Wales, 2480

Should the Branch President / Coordinator and/or Secretary be unable to attend the Extended National Committee meeting we would encourage the delegation of at least one representative but no more than two representatives.

All attendees are requested to arrive between 10:00am and 10:30am to sign in. Tea, coffee, and biscuits will be available.

The meeting will commence at 10:30am and it should conclude by 1:00pm.

The Extended National Committee meeting is an official meeting of the National Committee of the Ulysses Club Inc. and is an ideal opportunity for committee representatives of each Branch to meet fellow Branch Committee members and to be involved in the processes and discussions of matters of importance relating to the club.

To arrange for the required seating it is necessary to have the number of people attending this meeting so it would be appreciated if you would advise the National Secretary of the names, member numbers and branch position and Branch name, of the two members nominated to represent your Branch, via an email to [email protected] by the 14 April 2022.
