Agreed Value / Market Value

You can decide which type of cover suits you best. Agreed Value and Market Value policy types are available for most bikes. (Some conditions apply).

Choice is the main benefit here. Most riders prefer one or the other, both cover types offer great value.

Agreed Value provides peace of mind of knowing exactly what you'll receive in the event of a total loss.
Market Value means you will receive the true value of your bike at the time your bike is written off. You don't have to predict the value of your bike at some future date.

You can earn up to 60% reduction in your premium which is the equivalent to a Rating 1. You can also transfer your NCB from other insurers for cars and bikes. You may also be entitled to transfer your employer's NCB if you regularly drive company vehicles.

No Claim Bonus / Discount recognises your good riding and driving history and rewards you with significant savings. Your NCB starts at 20% for the first year and increases each year up to a maximum of 60% at the end of year 5.

No Claim Bonus Protection

This benefit allows you to have one at fault claim per year without it having any effect on your hard earned No Claim Bonus / Discount.

After being insured for many years earning your No Claim Bonus, it's great to know you have this added benefit. If you have an at fault claim without No Claim Bonus Protection, you usually have your NCB reduced by 2 years.

High Usage

We also recognise that some riders only have one form of transport and use their bike every day, which is fine with us.

Unlike some other insurers, we're flexible and welcome High Usage riders.

We allow you to reduce your standard excess, (to Nil if you choose) or you can increase your excess and receive a discounted premium.

You determine the premium & excess that suits you. Your standard excess will range from $500 to $600 depending on the model of your bike. You can increase or decrease your excess in $50 steps to ensure you get the policy and price that suits you best. The premium decreases as the excess increases and vice versa.
