EXTENDED NATCOM MEETING:
Friday 22nd March 2024 – Pinjarra Civic Centre, 1915 Pinjarra Road, Pinjarra, WA
9:00am for a 10:00 am start.
This is an invite only meeting (2 Branch Reps, Life Members, Past Presidents, Ex Officio Members, SIG Rep, Rally Reps and partners of NatCom) and is one of the regular 6 NatCom meetings of the year.
Please have your membership card with you for identification purposes.
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING:
Saturday 23rd March 2024 – Pinjarra Civic Centre, 1915 Pinjarra Road, Pinjarra, WA
12:00pm for a 1:00pm start.
Financial members, who are not registered for the National Rally, can still attend the meeting.
Due to the time constraints involved with processing the Annual General Meeting attendees and the necessary preparations that take place in readiness for the vote counting procedures, we ask that members who wish to attend the AGM please ensure an arrival that allows for adequate time to be registered and be seated in readiness for a prompt start.
DOORS WILL CLOSE AT 1:00pm.
Only financial members can attend the AGM, vote, and have speaking rights, so please check your membership expiry date prior to your arrival and if expired please renew your membership well before lining up for entry into the Annual General Meeting.
For those not attending in person a Zoom link is provided. This will allow members to view the meeting but not interact in it.
