The Special Resolution was passed at the Annual General Meeting, 23^rd March 2024 at Pinjarra Civic Centre, Pinjarra, WA.

“The draft Constitution of the Ulysses Club Inc. Version 7, as distributed to members via electronic means and a notice on the News page of the website be adopted in its entirety, and thereby revoke the current Constitution of the Ulysses Club Inc. Amended at the Warwick AGM, 9^th April 2022”
